SHANE is the first two-wheeled car concept to be practical and efficient for everyday urban and highway use.

Earth is 71% water, 29% land, and only a fraction of it is useful. Scarcity—and who owns what—drives every economic system humans have ever built. From Karl Marx writing Das Kapital in deep poverty to the 28-year natural experiment inside divided Berlin, we trace how socialism evolved from a radical economic theory into a system governing a third of the planet—and why central planning keeps running into the exact same problem. **CHAPTERS** 0:00 The Finite Land Problem 1:10 From Feudal Lords to the Industrial Revolution 4:11 The Enclosures & Factory Town Realities 6:15 Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, and Capital 8:47 The Profit Debate: Reward vs. Exploitation 9:36 How Prices Work: Bottom-Up vs. Top-Down 11:33 The Berlin Natural Experiment: West vs. East 16:25 Inside Soviet Central Planning: Politburo to Grocery Shelves 19:45 The Trabant, Life Expectancy, and Economic Signals 20:49 Are Nordic Countries Actually Socialist? 21:51 Absolute Power: The Incentive Traps of Centralization **KEY TOPICS** * **The Land Ownership Shift:** How conquest, feudal estates, and market taxes transformed how humans view property. * **Das Kapital:** Why Marx's masterwork thoroughly critiqued capitalism but left the alternative completely open. * **The Role of Prices:** Why bottom-up consumer signals coordinate supply chains better than central planning commissions. * **Divided Berlin:** A side-by-side look at two grocery stores 20 minutes apart—and the 10-year wait for a Trabant. * **The Nordic Model:** Why Sweden, Norway, and Finland are free-market economies with big safety nets, not socialist states. In this Deconstructed video, we explore the Hindenburg, the largest flying object ever built. Working with Professor Konstantinos Giapis of California Institute of Technology, whose experiments revealed new insights into the leading theory behind its tragic destruction and identified a critical design flaw, we reconstructed the Hindenburg from the inside out, examining its structure, propulsion, crew and passenger accommodations, and the engineering that allowed it to cross the Atlantic in less than three days, before uncovering how one of aviation's most infamous disasters unfolded. And we’ve also created an amazing cutaway poster showing the Hindenburg in detail. Every order directly supports the channel and helps us keep creating videos like this one. 👉 Get the poster here, every order helps support the channel so we can keep creating projects like this: https://crowdmade.com/collections/deconstructed/products/deconstructed-hindenburg-poster-ndi0 *(Giveaway ended)🎁 We are also giving one away. Just subscribe, like this video, and leave a comment below telling us: What surprised you most about the Hindenburg? We will announce the winner in our next upload. Details below. The LZ 129 Hindenburg was a German rigid airship built for transatlantic passenger travel during the 1930s. Operated by the German Zeppelin Company, it entered regular passenger service in 1936, operating routes between Frankfurt and destinations including Lakehurst, New Jersey, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Designed to provide a luxurious travel experience, its passenger accommodations were arranged across two internal decks and included a dining room, lounge, promenades, private cabins, and a smoking room. Powered by four diesel engines, the airship could cross the Atlantic in less than three days while carrying passengers in a level of comfort unmatched by contemporary aircraft. By the time of its final flight, it had completed 63 successful crossings and had become one of the most recognizable aircraft of its era. The Hindenburg represented the peak of rigid airship development and demonstrated the potential of long-distance air travel before the widespread adoption of commercial airplanes. On May 6, 1937, while approaching its landing field in New Jersey, the airship was destroyed by fire, killing 36 people and effectively bringing the era of rigid passenger airships to an end. *Over Joeri Schasfoort* Joeri Schasfoort is macro & monetair econoom.
